What we collect and why

• Orders: name, email, phone and delivery address, entered at checkout, which is run by Shopify. We use them to process orders, arrange delivery, give support, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Delivery: your name, address and phone are shared with our shipping platform (Shiprocket) and courier partners so they can deliver your order.
• Reviews: if you submit a review, your name, rating and review text are stored with Supabase and shown publicly only after we approve them.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location, using cookies. For visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland it loads only after you accept.
• Other services: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from jsDelivr, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. These providers may receive your IP address.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or decline analytics cookies in the banner or your browser settings. We may need to verify your identity first.
